The freight charges will be prepaid to the freight forwarder and added to your invoice. The shipping charges after that point will be negotiated between the freight forwarder and customer; FYC has no further responsibility. All International Orders require prepayment before the products are shipped. That being said there are occasions when merchandise may be damaged or lost in transit. To ensure your complete satisfaction please observe the following steps:1) Please take care to check the entire shipment for any visible damages and take an accurate piece count.2) Make notations on the bill of lading indicating any damages or shortages.Please note that your signature on the freight bill of lading relieves the transportation company, the manufacturer and For Your Convenience from any liability due to damage or shortage as your signature indicates acceptance of goods as noted.3) Unpack all pieces immediately to inspect for concealed damage.4) If damage or shortage is found, please request an immediate inspection from freight carrier of all contents in its original packaging. Follow all requests with written notice to freight company.5) All concealed damage must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days.
